I am a very dedicated and focused goal oriented person. I became an instructional designer in May of 2024 earning my Certified Professional in Training & Performance credential from IDOL courses Academy, but have had the pleasure of being in the learning and development space through facilitating learning experiences for over 13 years. I enjoy helping individuals learn new knowledge and skills through creating highly effective and engaging learning experiences using various authoring tools and multimedia through the use of the ADDIE instructional design model.

I work with clients and companies that have an organizational problem, and if it has to do with a gap in employee knowledge, skills, or attitudes I am able to help. I will do an extensive needs analysis and find the root problem to see if eLearning, a job aid, or an (ILT) Instructor Led Training is the correct course of action.

When, I’m not busy, I like to spend time sewing, listening to true crime podcasts on YouTube, or working out.
